Article Processing Charge (APC)

No Submission Fees

Our journal does not charge any fees for manuscript submission or initial processing. Authors can submit their manuscripts free of charge, and all submissions undergo our rigorous peer review process at no cost.

When is the APC Charged?

The Article Processing Charge (APC) of $100 USD is only applicable after acceptance of your manuscript for publication. This is a standard practice in open access publishing to cover the costs of editorial management, peer review administration, DOI assignment, article hosting, and long-term preservation.

• Editorial processing and manuscript management
• Double-blind peer review process
• DOI (Digital Object Identifier) assignment
• Online publication and hosting
• Inclusion in indexing databases
• Long-term digital preservation
• One hard copy of the journal (upon request)
• PDF version of the published article

Waiver Policy

We understand that authors from developing countries or those with limited funding may face financial constraints. We offer the following waivers:

• Full Waiver: Authors from low-income countries (as defined by the World Bank) may request a full waiver of the APC.
• Partial Waiver: Authors from lower-middle-income countries may request a 50% reduction in the APC.

To request a waiver, please indicate this in your submission cover letter. Waiver requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Methods

Once your manuscript is accepted, you will receive an invoice with detailed payment instructions. We accept:

• PayPal

Invoice and Receipt

An official invoice will be sent to the corresponding author via email upon acceptance. A formal receipt will be provided after payment is confirmed.
